Why cook with beer, you may wonder.
For a start, we have three good reasons.
 
1. By adding beer, you also add to the preparation of meals specific, appealing tastes and aromas. And it's a fact that the many special types of beer available on the market differ much more from one another in terms of taste and scent than wines do, regard-less of the region of the world they come from.
 
2. Beer also adds many healthy substances to food, such as different types of vitamin B and hops, which has a purifying effect, and finally also a bit of alcohol which, when used in moderation, has a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels.
 
3. Last but not least, cooking with beer is fun. Experimenting with favorite flavors and combining the aromas of drink and solid food is always somewhat of an adventure.
