These barrels, originating from Portugal, were only used three times. After maturation, the beer undergoes its classic secondary fermentation with the unique and proprietary wine yeast that will ensure a perfect balance.<\/p>\n<p>The typical taste characteristics of the Gulden Draak Classic harmonize perfectly with the flavors of roasted nuts, stewed fruit, caramel and toffee from Madeira.<\/p>\n<p>Here again we can speak of an excellent blend that only enhances the renowned taste of the Gulden Draak Classic.
