Questo tipico sapore di fumo si \u00e8 perso nel corso degli anni, poich\u00e9 le tecniche di essiccazione del malto sono diventate molto pi\u00f9 efficienti.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;uso del malto affumicato combinato con la specialit\u00e0 del birrificio Van Steenberge d\u00e0 un risultato spettacolare: una birra di alta qualit\u00e0 con fermentazione secondaria in bottiglia, battezzata come Gulden Draak Smoked.
