Tripel by De Garre is a full-bodied high-fermentation beer, is rather soft and has a slightly bitter aftertaste. The tripel’s brewing process takes place in five stages and takes several months. It starts in the brewing room and ends in a room where the temperature is a constant 22°C. An ode to the tripel!
