HOW TO POUR OUR BEERS
Don’t serve our beers too cold
we recommend a serving temperature of 8 degrees Celsius.
THE RIGHT GLASS
It is best to serve our beers in their own glasses. If you do not have this, it is best to choose a glass with a thin rim so that all the flavors come into their own. Make sure that the glass is clean, so that no bubbles stick to the edge and so that the beer can foam well.
HOW TO POUR
Try to pour the beer into the glass from a sufficiently high height so that the natural carbon dioxide dissolves in the beer, resulting in a softer taste.
WALSING
Roll the bottle to loosen the live yeast at the bottom. Feel free to pour the yeast into the glass: it provides a richer, fuller taste.
